Farmhouse · verification caution

Fields of Mistria House Upgrades

Farmhouse upgrades exist beyond the early-access guides still ranking in search, but this site will not publish disputed costs as fact. The currency is Tesserae—not Stardew-style ‘g.’

Why the cost table is withheld

Verification gap: collected guides conflict on both the number of upgrade stages and their 1.0 prices. One source even labels the currency as g, a clear sign of data contamination. We do not publish disputed costs until they are checked in a 1.0 save.

What you can safely plan

  • House expansion is handled through the Carpenter's Shop progression.
  • Later upgrades depend on Town Rank and town-repair progression, not money alone.
  • Treat furniture footprint and stair access as permanent-space planning concerns.
  • Keep a reserve of Tesserae, wood, stone, and upgraded materials before visiting the carpenter.

How to verify a stage

  1. Record current Town Rank and completed Carpenter/market repair quests.
  2. Open the Carpenter's Shop upgrade menu in a 1.0 save.
  3. Capture the exact Tesserae and material requirements.
  4. Confirm the resulting rooms and floor access after construction.
  5. Only then add the row to a public table.
